ESI provided increased grain transfer flexibility with the addition of a new 18,000 BPH Schlagel 8 duct flatback electric distributor.
ESI significantly increased the efficiency and accuracy of this Ohio feed mill with the installation of an eighteen-bin micro ingredient batching system. The feed discharges from the micro ingredient station into a 1,000 CFH U-trough drag conveyor that then feeds a bucket elevator for final loadout or packaging.
ESI upgraded this customer's rail loadout system with a new Compuweigh 40,000 BPH scale, a custom ESI-built rail spout, a 40,000 BPH Intersystems gravity cleaner and an 18' diameter 12,000 bushel GSI screenings bin.
Including dust collection on rail loadout spouts is a critical consideration for many facilities. This photo shows a dust hood component prior to installation on an ESI-fabricated 80,000 BPH rail loadout spout installed at a major grain terminal facility. It includes multiple openings for dust pick-up spouts.
