ESI expanded an existing feed mill with the addition of a new truck loadout system that includes 16 batching bins, a 6 ton traveling open-top weigh lorry (NTEP certified), a Schlagel 16 duct distributor and numerous conveyors.
For over four decades, our manfacturing company, Hawthorne-Seving, has been creating heavy commercial equipment for a wide variety of applications. Here are two custom design-built, clean-in-place processing conveyors for the feed industry.
ESI significantly increased the efficiency and accuracy of this Ohio feed mill with the installation of an eighteen-bin micro ingredient batching system. The feed discharges from the micro ingredient station into a 1,000 CFH U-trough drag conveyor that then feeds a bucket elevator for final loadout or packaging.
ESI designed and built this river ship unloading system for an international food processing company. It includes 20,000 BPH material handling and a dedicated dust system.
ESI used our extensive design-build capabilities to construct this feed processing facility in an existing empty warehouse. Initial construction launch was followed by three additional production lines to increase the facility's capacity.
