This Midwest grain company contracted ESI to install dual GSI 7,000 BPH grain dryers at their terminal facility. GSI dryers feature a hopper bottom discharge as compared to a Zimmerman dryer's flat bottom.
Providing safe access to new and existing equipment is a critical component of any project. With our extensive in-house design and fabrication capabilities, access platforms, ladders, catwalks, etc… are not an afterthought in the construction process – they are absolutely critical to a job done right. From the design phase through fabrication and lastly, installation, ESI considers safety our highest priority.
We design and build commercial structural steel supports in our Hawthorne-Seving fabrication facility in Beaverdam, Ohio. This photo shows a two-legged tower in the process of being fabricated.
ESI designed and built this river ship unloading system for an international food processing company. It includes 20,000 BPH material handling and a dedicated dust system.
