Our Hawthorne-Seving bucket elevators include inspection panels at working-surface levels providing ease-of-access for safe maintenance of the equipment.
Our Hawthorne-Seving manufactured drag conveyors and bridges are perfect for high-volume/high-capacity applications. We've been manufacturing this heavy, commercial-grade equipment for over 40 years. This 30,000 bushel conveyor has powder-coated exterior finish and AR steel side liners and bottom panels. This custom walk-through bridge is built to OSHA standards with a walk-around platform at the bin peak providing complete service access to all side of the conveyor's head section and drive components.
When constructing new grain storage, ESI includes robust commercial-grade aeration equipment. In 2016 ESI erected a pair of 105' diameter 40 ring bins, each holding 846,837 bushels. The aeration system on each bin provides 1/10 CFM through corn/soybeans and consists of (4) 60 HP centrifugal fans, (13) power roof exhausters and (28) gravity roof vents.
