Aeration For Two 105' Diameter Grain Bins

When constructing new grain storage, ESI includes robust commercial-grade aeration equipment. In 2016 ESI erected a pair of 105' diameter 40 ring bins, each holding 846,837 bushels. The aeration system on each bin provides 1/10 CFM through corn/soybeans and consists of (4) 60 HP centrifugal fans, (13) power roof exhausters and (28) gravity roof vents.

Dual Dryers

This Midwest grain company contracted ESI to install dual GSI 7,000 BPH grain dryers at their terminal facility. GSI dryers feature a hopper bottom discharge as compared to a Zimmerman dryer's flat bottom.
