60,000 BPH Rail Bulkweigher Scale Loadout System

This major Midwest cooperative needed to significantly increase the capacity of their rail loadout system from 25,000 BPH to 60,000 BPH. ESI was awarded the contract to design, build and install the new system that includes the following equipment - Compuweigh 60,000 BPH scale, Schlagel 40,000 BPH leg, two 40,000 BPH's Hi-Roller conveyors and a 40,000 BPH Magik grain cleaner.

Liquid Propane Fueled 7060 Zimmerman Grain Dryer

This Zimmerman 7060 commercial grain dryer is fueled by liquid propane and has an external vaporizer in the gas train. Should natural gas be available in the future, the dryer can easily be converted for this new fuel source. Standard Zimmerman dryers include 3 outside access catwalks. For this dryer, our customer required a 4th catwalk to provide additional access for maintenance and cleaning. Due to poor soil conditions, the foundation was built on top of Geopiers that improved the soil bearing capacity. This drying system includes a pair of GSI 10,000 BPH bucket elevators and a 10,000 BPH GSI drag conveyor.

Bin Access Platform and Dual Stairs

This grain storage bin access platform features dual access stairs flanking both sides of the reclaim drag conveyor. Custom designed and fabricated to fit this customer's specific needs and facility layout. ESI places a priority on designing safe and optimal access solutions throughout all of our projects.

This Ando-actuated electric gate (mounted above a 20,000 BPH Hawthorne-Seving receiving conveyor) was part of new grain receiving system designed, manufactured and installed by ESI.
